How long does processing take on my order?
After you have placed your order, it will take Isabelle approximately 3-5 business days to prepare your order. Major sale events (ex. Labor Day Weekend Sale may take longer). You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Thank you for your patience!
what if There is a mistake with my order or my order arrived damaged in transit?
Send Isabelle an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the name that was placed with the order & your order number and we will sort this out! If your package arrived damaged please include images so she can promptly file a claim.
Can i make any changes to my order once it is placed?
No. Isabelle starts working on orders as soon as they are submitted. Please make sure the address is correct before you submit your order.
Custom Fees and import taxes?
This is rare, but buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Isabelle does not accept returns or exchanges with prints or originals. If there is a problem with your order please send her an email: email@example.com
